List on all the biggest sites
Once you sign the listing agreement, we schedule professional photography and collect all the information to list your home on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and more.

We handle showings, offers, and negotiations
We manage showings, offers, and negotiations on your behalf. We do three updates a week on the status of the property and are available 7 days a week for questions.

Close and save $10,000+
Once you accept an offer, we ensure everything goes smoothly all the way to the closing table. On average our clients save $10,000+ compared to a traditional agent.
Sellers FAQ

Yes, but only once you complete the sale. You can list with Housewell for free, and we charge a flat $3000 commission when you sell your home (not including any buyer's agent fee). This is a fraction of the typical 6% commission charged by traditional agents.

No, when you list with Housewell you can't use another listing agent. We are your agent. We don't just drop a sign in your yard and hope for the best, we are with you every step of the way. You can call your agent at any point if you need help and they'll constantly be collaborating with you within Housewell.

We use software to automate many of the tasks that traditional agents do manually. This allows us to pass the savings on to you. This doesn't mean you get less service, it just means you get a better price.

Find a property you like on Zillow, Redfin, etc
You know the properties you like better than anyone, use the website of your choice to find the right home for you.

Schedule a tour through Housewell
When you're ready to see a property, schedule a showing through Housewell. We'll send a local agent to open the door and walk you through the property.

Make an offer when you're ready
We'll never pressure you to make an offer. When you find the right property, schedule a call with your Housewell agent to craft an offer. They'll help you make a competitive offer that alings with your interests.

Get support from negotiation to close
Your Housewell agent will negotiate on your behalf, coordinate with the title company, and ensure a smooth closing. We're available 7 days a week for support if you have questions.

Close & collect your rebate
When you buy with housewell you get 50% of the buyer agent comission as a rebase. On average this is $6,000+ back in your pocket at the closing table.
Buyers FAQ

You will not be eligible for the 50% buyer agent commission rebate, but you can always buy a Housewell listing with your own agent.

Yes, but we split the buyer agent fee with you. Meaning, if the agent fee is 3% on a property, we give you 50% of that back or 1.5% at the closing table

The Housewell Rebate is a portion of the commission we credit back to you for being our customer. This can range from 1-2% of the property value depending on the Seller. You get this rebate for buying directly through Housewell instead of using a traditional agent.
